questionoftheday asks: What are the five best types of gifts that someone could get you based on your personality and interests?

My answer: Books are the main one, of course; I particularly like sci-fi/fantasy, mysteries, and classic literature- and I looove cookbooks.  Beyond that, I'm definitely at the age where I've concluded that socks are in fact wonderful presents. I'm generally good with getting clothes.  Gift cards are always appreciated though maybe not great for me, since I'm an impulse buyer of the worst kind.  I also enjoy food/candy gift packages.  But mostly I like books.       

Also, a belated Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it, and a general happy holidays!

Books is what I always wish for :D And if there is something else I need, but in general books are always something I want.
