Hmm, it depends on how you're defining ship.  There's finding a relationship and how it unfolds really fascinating, and then there's wanting these people to get together and be happy together and reading a million fics where they do just that.  If we're talking about the latter, I'm not sure I really shipped anything in Sanctuary.  That said, I was really fascinated by Helen, John and James' dynamic and all its facets, but I never really thought things were going to end well. I was just there for the ride.

I agree with you. I never truly shipped anyone with anyone, but certainly the story of Helen, John and James were great and always had surprises waiting :)

It really is a great show, and lots of fun if you like Stargate, since pretty much everyone on the show was on SG1 or SGA at some point.
