You know I try to avoid too many rl posts, and I'm putting this one under a cut so I don't make anyone who's having a rough day anyway sad.



There's a wildfire near where I live and my family just got evacuated.  We're in a hotel and kind of figuring out where to go from there, but anyway if you have good vibes to send my way please do.

Thank you! I'm pretty sure my home itself will be fine (good defensible space and what have you) it's just a question of where to go in the meantime. I've been running around a lot, but I'm fine!

It is mainly a precaution. Firefighters have saved the house before and I'm sure they can again. It's just a question of where to go and what to do in the meantime. Thank you for the good wishes!

Thanks, bb! We're all okay. It's a little crazy traveling with all our pets, and that's really our main concern since firefighters have saved our home before and probably will again. We're just taking it one day at a time.
