(Note that I haven't seen this show in... like... years, so I don't completely know what's going on)

Who I will protect at all costs: Belle
Who deserves better: Rumpelstiltskin
Who was killed off too early: This isn't getting killed off necessarily, but it would have been fun to see more of Gaston, maybe in Storybrooke (during the Rumbelle centered S2 that we got in my head)
Who I used to hate but now I love: I didn't hate her, but I didn't like Mulan too much when she was first introduced, but then she got to do a lot of cool stuff for a while and I learned to love her
Who I used to love but now I hate: Snow and Charming got pretty boring after a while
Who needs to be killed off asap: I have no idea what's going on anymore, so I can't think of anyone
Who is unfairly hated: Eh... I don't know.
Who is unfairly loved: Hook, I guess. He's super hot, I'm not arguing with anyone about that, but I don't like him much
Who needs to sort out their priorities: Rumple, the last time I saw him, but to be honest I think that was more product of the writing than anything
Who needs a hug: Belle
Who needs to get out of their current relationship: I don't know if Emma ever ended up with Hook, but if she did I don't like it
Who the writers love: Everyone but my favorites, it seems like :(
Who needs a better story line: Aurora. Also she and Mulan should have ended up together
Who has an amazing redemption arc: Regina had some good potential, but the execution was hit or miss
Who is hot af: Regina
Who belongs in jail: Hook
Who needs to be revived from the dead: He's not dead, but I wish Jefferson would come back. I know why he won't- Sebastian Stan has obviously moved on to better things- but it would make me want to watch again

Orphan Black

(I haven't seen the most recent season of this, either)

Who I will protect at all costs: Alison, but she doesn't really need my protection
Who deserves better: Cosima
Who was killed off too early: Obviously the plot only happens because of Beth dying, but it would have been great if she'd gotten to live
Who I used to hate but now I love: I didn't like Helena at first, but she's had a really great arc since then
Who I used to love but now I hate: Can't think of anyone
Who needs to be killed off asap: No one
Who is unfairly hated: I'm not sure who gets all the hate here
Who is unfairly loved: Same as above
Who needs to sort out their priorities: Paul definitely did for a while
Who needs a hug: Art
Who needs to get out of their current relationship: I really want Cosima to be with Delphine, so the thing she had going on with that other girl didn't do it for me
Who the writers love: I'm not sure
Who needs a better story line: I don't really like that guy who works with Cosima. Maybe they could do something with him that could change that
Who has an amazing redemption arc: Helena
Who is hot af: Felix
Who belongs in jail: Pretty much all the Castor people
Who needs to be revived from the dead: Maybe Paul? I don't miss him all that much, but he's the only one I can think of

Who I will protect at all costs: Ray K
Who deserves better: Maybe Frannie? She could be taken more seriously than she is
Who was killed off too early: I can't think of anyone who died other than Bob Fraser, and that's pretty intrinsic to the plot
Who I used to hate but now I love: Stella grew on me a bit, but hate and love are both strong words for my feelings about her
Who I used to love but now I hate: Can't think of anyone
Who needs to be killed off asap: Same
Who is unfairly hated: I don't know of anyone who hafe gets in this fandom
Who is unfairly loved: I think everybody deserves the love they get
Who needs to sort out their priorities: Maybe Thatcher? I feel like she got there in the end though
Who needs a hug: Fraser sometimes
Who needs to get out of their current relationship: Fraser and Thatcher didn't end up together luckily, but I always thought the thing between them was ill advised
Who the writers love: Everyone?
Who needs a better story line: Elaine, I would've liked her to have not left
Who has an amazing redemption arc: Can't think of one
Who is hot af: Fraser
Who belongs in jail: The bad guys?
Who needs to be revived from the dead: Can't really answer that one either, but I do love the show's use of ghosts

Who deserves better: Carter
Who was killed off too early: Carter again (Whyyy)
Who I used to hate but now I love: I didn't like Shaw too much when they first introduced her, but she really grew on me
Who I used to love but now I hate: Hate is a strong word, but Reese sort of got less and less interesting to me over the seasons
Who needs to be killed off asap: Some bad guy or other but I can't remember any of their names right now
Who is unfairly hated: These are really hard when you're not up on what the fandom does/thinks. Does Grace get hate? I like her.
Who is unfairly loved: Yeah, I don't know.
Who needs to sort out their priorities: Reese was making weird choices in the latest season I'd seen
Who needs a hug: Can I just hug Carter and never let go?
Who needs to get out of their current relationship: I think Reese's thing with that therapist or whatever she is was pretty questionable
Who the writers love: the male leads I'm guessing
Who needs a better story line: Finch is one of my favorite parts of the show and I feel like the things I liked best about him went by the wayside a bit
Who has an amazing redemption arc: I think Root's has gone pretty well

I deifnitely agree about treating Frannie more seriously, and about Fraser/Thatcher.
And Elaine definitely deserved a better stoyline.

Who deserves better: Henry deserves everything all the time
Who was killed off too early: I'm still kind of in shock that Branch got killed off at all, so
Who I used to hate but now I love: Branch really grew on me toward the end
Who I used to love but now I hate: I never loved Ferg, but I definitely like him less than I once did
Who needs to be killed off asap: If Malachi could just be gone, that would be great
Who is unfairly hated: I don't know who gets hate here, hopefully no one
Who is unfairly loved: I can't think of anyone
Who needs to sort out their priorities: I don't know
Who needs a hug: Walt
Who needs to get out of their current relationship: Walt's latest relationship seemed a bit out of nowhere, but I'm not actively against it

Who deserves better: Lupin
Who was killed off too early: Maybe Sirius? I don't know. I liked him but I wasn't devastated or anything
Who I used to hate but now I love: Ginny grew on me over the books, but I never hated her
Who I used to love but now I hate: I never loved Draco, but there was a period before book 7 came out when I thought really interesting things were going to happen with his character, but they never did
Who needs to be killed off asap: No one I can think of
Who is unfairly hated: Cho Chang
Who is unfairly loved: Snape? I like a lot of things about him, but there are people who decided he could do no wrong after book 7, and I'm just not on board with that
Who needs to sort out their priorities: Harry at times, but he's a teenager under a lot of pressure so...
Who needs a hug: I bet Lupin always needs a hug
Who needs to get out of their current relationship: The Lupin/Tonks thing was just so random? I could go on at great length
Who the writers love: Who knows at this point
Who needs a better story line: I think more could have been done with Hermione, but since it's Harry's story...

Who deserves better: Shado, wow
Who was killed off too early: Oliver's mother, maybe?
Who I used to hate but now I love: I didn't like Sara too much in the beginning, but I really love her now
Who I used to love but now I hate: I never "loved" Detective Lance, but I feel like he's gotten less and less likeable over the seasons- with brief periods of being okay sprinkled in
Who needs to be killed off asap: I don't know who's around and who isn't anymore
Who is unfairly hated: I really don't know who gets hate in this fandom. It's usually safe to assume a female character- maybe Thea? I enjoy her. If we're adding the Flash too, I really like Iris. I bet she gets hate.
Who is unfairly loved: Can't think of anyone
Who needs to sort out their priorities: Oliver, he's always gotta trust his friends more
Who needs a hug: Diggle (actually Diggle's fine, I just need a hug and he seems like he'd give good ones)
Who needs to get out of their current relationship: eh... I don't know who's with who right now
Who the writers love: Oliver, I would assume
Who needs a better story line: I think how much I love the Arrow characters when they're on the Flash compared to on Arrow itself probably says that I think they all deserve better
