I wrote an Astrid double drabble.

Astrid’s hand alighted, bird-like, on her arm and Raph held her breath for a long, unsteady moment, knowing it would probably be all she got. Astrid’s sympathy, and the rare physical comfort that came with it, felt dearly bought.
She had spent so long trying not to want people she liked but couldn’t have that some part of her had taken her very dislike of that man — a man who turned out to be a murderer — as a sign that it would be all right to flirt with him.
And now Astrid, who she liked best of all, was trying to make her feel better. It was such a foolish thing that it rendered Astrid’s touch bittersweet.
Bittersweet, but precious all the same.
Her friend had come so far, and wanting more was so selfish — and, honestly, what did she need with comfort anyway? Sometimes cops accidentally flirted with murderers. Whatever it said about her instincts didn’t matter much, in the end, because it wasn’t just her and her instincts in this job anymore — she had Astrid, and Astrid had her, even when they were apart.
Astrid’s touch flitted away again.
Raph took a breath, and got on with things.
