I've always used the blanket of 'Time Lords' but with the New Who fandom, I find there is more and more a distinction between the two. I can't remember if Classic referred to them as Time Ladies, but I know New Who has not. Tis a preference thing, methinks...

Hmm, thanks. I think it's my inclination to just say "Time Lord" but I might go Time Lady just to be safe- I haven't decided yet.

Never thought of this. I always assumed Time Lords where the name of their whole race regardless of gender.

That's valid, it's what I used to think too- but I've seen fans use Time Lady sometimes, and Time Lord others, and I ended up really confused- but I just looked it up in the DW wikia, it uses the term "Time Lady" so I think I'm going with that.
