A pairing only you seem to like:

This one is sort of tough, because in my experience it's difficult not to find at least a few people who thought so-and-so and so-and-so had wild chemistry too- it's one of the joys of fandom.  So the only ones I can think of are pairings that no one but me seems to like because the pairing hardly appeared, I just loved the actor involved in that one episode that one time and glommed onto them (hint: it's Michael Shanks).

I love Jimmy/Kate Freelander from Sanctuary, but I'm not the only one, it's just rare because he was only in the one episode.

But okay, so, here's my big one: remember Supernatural's "99 Problems?"  Michael Shanks was Rob in that town full of uber-religious demon hunters, who was old friends with the town bartender, Paul?  They had this strangely deep behind the scenes thing going on, and I totally shipped them.  As far as I know, I'm the only one.  I even wrote some of a fic with it (but the Winchesters too, of course), that I unearthed recently and looked at.  It's hugely outdated, since I haven't seen SPN in years and nobody wants it, but it exists.
