Yep. I said I'd get on it, and I got on it fast.
So, Orphan Black was great and I'm really excited for more and really sad that I can't have it NOW. Slight spoilers below, so I'm putting it under a cut just in case.
Aaaaaaand Doctor Who.
So, the actual plot was pretty iffy. There was a lot of "We need THIS because of *mumblemumblecough* and it we don't get it there will be *mumblemumblecough* and THE WORLD WILL END." I mean, there was the master and he could body jump for some reason, but they lost me for most of the rest of it.
But none of that really matters, because I think Paul McGann was a great doctor. I loved his delivery and his jelly babies (which sounds Freudian now that I type it, but whatever) and his outfit and his hair and his voice and- well, most things. I'd just watched McGann's episodes of Horatio Hornblower, and I was in the mood for more of him, and as far that goes I'm very happy I saw it.

- I've always been fond of Felix, but he really came into his own in the second to last episode, particularly in his scenes with Allison. I love him so much!
- Cosima and Delphine. Coos and sniffs. That better turn out all right or I will cry. Cry.
- I'm consistently amazed and excited by how different the clones are, but Rachel is really something else. There are not enough awards in the world, people.

Do you know the names of some of the audiobooks he did? I'm definitely going to look into them. I like to listen to that kind of thing (mostly Cabin Pressure at the moment) before bed and Paul McGann's voice is made for the job.

It was, lol! First thing my Mom said, too. Course, I never paid that much attention to Peri's accent. I just figured she was from some obscure little town in Cali and just left it at that.

Also, also - Whowiki has all that as well. I've been steadily trying to collect stuffs. For research, of course. *sniffs*
