Hey guys, remember when...

"Charming" was just a sarcastic nickname Snow gave him? One that then became sort of pet name/in-joke between them? That put a spin on the whole Snow White/Prince Charming thing that I loved.
Then along comes season two and suddenly King George is using it? And Snow/Mary Margaret is telling Aurora about things he used to do and calling him Charming like it's his name. I mean, a private in-joke nickname ought to be private and in conversation with random semi-strangers she ought to call him James or David or whatever his name is.
It occurs to me that the whole "My name is James" thing loses a lot of meaning when you realize that his name is in fact David. And she was a random thief, so he had no particular reason to lie.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure Gold called him Charming once or twice, and that was cute. It's getting overdone, though.
FYI, I'm now about half done with S2.
