So the first order of business is that Kingsman has taken over my brain a little bit.  I would have mentioned it earlier but I haven't been even this articulate about it previously.  Anyway, there's going to be fic.  So much fic.  Too much fic.

I've also just started watching Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries.  It's a fun show, especially for someone as sick and tired of grimdark as I am at the moment.  I'm only two episodes in, but already all the women protecting other women is making me really happy.

(I haven't seen the most recent season yet, so bear that in mind)

1) Favorite character: Felicity
2) Least Favorite character: Laurel (I don't hate her or anything, but she's definitely my least favorite)
3) 5 Favorite ships (canon or non-canon): I like Oliver/Felictiy and Oliver/Diggle and maybe Oliver/Felicity/Diggle. I like Oliver/Slade too. I don't think I can get to five, though, sorry.
4) Character I find most attractive: Slade
5) Character I like to read/write as an asexual: Hmm. I haven't read a lot of fic for this fandom, but I would love Shado or maybe Slade as asexual. Imagine how much better everything on island (and everything after) would have been if they were just all bros instead of that forced love triangle.
6) Character I would be best friends with: Felicity
7) A random thought: I love how every actor in this show pretty much is from some other sci-fi show. It's awesome to recognize so many people.
8) An unpopular opinion: I'm not too active in this fandom, so I don't know what is and isn't an unpopular opinion.
9) My canon OTP: Oliver/Felicity is canon, right? I don't know what's going on lately.
10) Non-canon OTP: Oliver/Diggle I guess.
11) Most badass character: Sara
12) Pairing I am not a fan of: Oliver/Laurel
13) Character I feel the writers screwed up (in one way or another): Shado. She was awesome S1 and I don't get why in S2 she suddenly existed only to create tension and manpain (see remarks about forced love triangle).
14) Favourite friendship: It's not quite a friendship, but I love Diggle and Deadshot's dynamic.

Discworld

1) Favorite character: Granny Weatherwax
2) Least Favorite character: I've really forgotten everyone I didn't like in this series
3) 5 Favorite ships (canon or non-canon): Vetinari/Vimes (but low key because I like Vimes and Sibyl a lot too and the fic isn't always good about that)
4) Character I find most attractive: I've always imagined Susan as very pretty, and she definitely is in the Hogfather movie
5) Character I like to read/write as an asexual: Granny. That's pretty much canon, though, isn't it?
6) Character I would be best friends with: I'm really not sure.
7) A random thought: I love it when characters who are typically from one set of novels (like the night watch characters) appear in the other ones (like the witches books).

I do have some ships in this fandom, but I mostly stick to F/K/V.

I would love to read some fics about asexual Inspector Thatcher, too. I agree, it would be so cool!

I do re-watch random DS episodes a lot when I find myself missing the show.

And I agree about Fraser/Inspector Thatcher and protecting Turnbull.

OITNB

(I've only seen maybe half of the recent season. I heard a spoiler for what happens and I kind of don't want to see it happen, so I'm stalled)

1) Favorite character: Poussey
2) Least Favorite character: Healy
3) 5 Favorite ships (canon or non-canon): I mainly ship Poussey and Sophia with happiness and that's about it.
4) Character I find most attractive: Sofia
5) Character I like to read/write as an asexual: I can't really think of anyone.
6) Character I would be best friends with: probably Poussey again.
7) A random thought: I really loved the Mother's Day episode.
8) An unpopular opinion: I don't care for Alex much, but everyone I know fannishly doesn't either, so it's probably not that rare of an opinion.
9) My canon OTP: Don't really have one.
10) Non-canon OTP: Same as above.
11) Most badass character: Maybe Red?
12) Pairing I am not a fan of: It's not a pairing as such, but I hate how Piper's relationships are handled. She's bi. They should buck up and say that.

14) Favourite friendship: Boo and Pennsatucky. They've actually developed a really interesting dynamic

Star Trek TNG

1) Favorite character: Guinan
2) Least Favorite character: Riker
3) 5 Favorite ships (canon or non-canon): I don't ship much for this show. I can see Geordi/Data under some circumstances, and Picard/Q has it's attractions, but that's about it.
4) Character I find most attractive: Deanna
5) Character I like to read/write as an asexual: Maybe Barclay? I have a lot of feelings about Barclay in general, and that would be a cool element to add.
6) Character I would be best friends with: Maybe we wouldn't be best friends, but I'd like to hang out with Data.
7) A random thought: Uh... can't think of one.
8) An unpopular opinion: It's not one of my favorite Star Treks? I don't dislike it, I'd just rate it below Voyager and DS9, whereas I know some people think it's one of the best.
9) My canon OTP: Don't really have one.
10) Non-canon OTP: Same
11) Most badass character: Worf
12) Pairing I am not a fan of: I always kind of thought Deanna deserved better than Riker
13) Character I feel the writers screwed up (in one way or another): Tasha. What happened to her passed me up when this was on air. Just... why? Also Barclay and Lwaxanna, if only that I thought both of them were treated better as characters on the other shows they appeared in (Voyager and DS9) than they were in TNG.
14) Favourite friendship: Ro and Guinan. It could have had more screentime, but I loved what we saw.
15) Character I want to adopt or be adopted by: Guinan again. She's so cool.

I would have a difficult time picking favourite OITNB character. There are so many!
Poussey is definitely among them. She's so amazing! I also love Sophia and Suzanne. And Nicky, Boo, Red and Taystee.

Red is definitely badass :D And I like the friendship between Boo and Pennsatucky, too.

I also don't ship much in ST:TNG :)

Hanging out with Data would have been a part of my list as well. Well, with him and Geordi, really.

I have a hard time picking a favorite too, so I definitely agree- but Poussey just makes me really happy so I normally go with her. Agree on all the favs you listed, though.

I love Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries! I discovered it a little while ago and immediately was drawn in. It's so fun and fascinating, and yes, all the women are amazing. Phryne in particular is phenomenal. And I want her entire wardrobe. I have a feeling that you're going to really enjoy the rest of the season/show.

As for the meme: Orphan Black and The Hobbit/Lord of the Rings.

Yeah, Phryne is great. Again, I've only seen the two episodes, but she's already such a vibrant character.

Orphan Black

5) Character I like to read/write as an asexual: No one really. I don't read much fic in this fandom. I'd be interested to know who people headcanon that way though.

7) A random thought: This show is like a lesson in how amazing costuming and makeup can be. Like obviously Tatiana Maslany is an amazing actress, but how different the clones look just in terms of a screenshot is mind-blowing.
8) An unpopular opinion: I really don't know what constitutes an unpopular opinion in this fandom.
9) My canon OTP: Cosima/Delphine

Doctor Who:

1) Favorite character: Rory maybe? I like a lot of DW characters.
2) Least Favorite character: There's so much DW that it's easy to forget characters I don't like completely, so I really don't know.
3) 5 Favorite ships (canon or non-canon): Doctor/Master (especially Eight/Jacobi!Master, although any version works for me), Amy/Rory, Eleven/River, Canton Delaware/his boyfriend, maybe Nine/Jack/Rose
4) Character I find most attractive: Eight, Amy
5) Character I like to read/write as an asexual: Really can't think of one, although I would be interested to know who people do headcanon that way.
6) Character I would be best friends with: maybe Martha?
7) A random thought: Haven't seen the new trailers yet. I have to get on that.

I have no problem with them getting together, I just would have thought those characters deserved better than to get randomly thrown at each other when they'd hardly met before.

Sherlock

1) Favorite character: Mycroft
2) Least Favorite character: I don't know. It would have been Anderson, but I kind of liked him in S3.
3) 5 Favorite ships (canon or non-canon): Mycroft/pretty much anyone, John/Sherlock
4) Character I find most attractive: Irene
5) Character I like to read/write as an asexual: I've seen some good fics with Mycroft, Sherlock, or both as asexual.
6) Character I would be best friends with: Molly, maybe? She just needs somebody to be nice to her. I'm nice.
7) A random thought: I'm still deciding how I feel about the Christmas special or whatever it is, but I'm often that way with new Sherlock. I have to see it to get pumped.
8) An unpopular opinion: I feel like people hate Mary? I don't. I like Mary.
9) My canon OTP: John/Mary, I guess.
10) Non-canon OTP: All the pairings I really like aren't canon, and I don't have a single OTP. I'm not an OTP person. Maybe my favorite is Mycroft/Lestrade?

12) Pairing I am not a fan of: Sherlock/Molly? It always makes me sad that she's set up to have feelings for someone she would clearly never be happy with.

14) Favourite friendship: Lestrade and Sally, sort of. It has more potential than screentime, but I've read some great fic.
