A Minor Woe

It's so sad when you've been waiting for a fic you love to be updated for what feels like most of your life at this point, and then it gets updated!  And the update is nice and long!!  And you can't read it right now because you've got a busy night ahead.

I hate that, too. Which is one of the reasons why I don't read fics if they're not finished. Too many times I got into fics that were never finished.

I used to have a hard and fast 'no unfinished fics' rule, but I've started to break it recently. In some ways it's nice to read something as it's being written, in other ways... less so.
