Icons: Challenges 001-005

I've been making The Musketeers icons for the musketeerstills weekly challenges.  Some of them are better than others, but I'm definitely learning a lot.

Anyway, I keep telling myself to post them here and then forgetting, but here are the results from the first five challenges.
