potentiality_26: (wild wild west)
Title: A Night's Work
Fandom: The Wild Wild West
Pairing/Characters: Artemus Gordon/Dean Richmond, James West
Summary: An evening well spent. Possibly.
Rating: R
Length: Short (1,097 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: This was written for the older_not_dead amnesty prompt "not as drunk as you think I am."  Super rare pairing.  Yay.
Excerpt: “You’d better get me out of here before I cause an international incident,” Artemus whispered in Colonel Richmond’s ear.

Privately, Richmond doubted it. Artemus was just drunk enough to begin to show it, but when he was in full form- as he was tonight- every always seemed to go his way. Still, if Artemus wanted to be carried out it was likely for some reason other than because he’d consumed enough alcohol to become foolish- two or three other reasons at once, probably, knowing Artemus.

potentiality_26: (stargate)
Title: Legends
Fandom: Sanctuary
Pairing/Characters: Helen Magnus/James Watson; mentions of Helen/John Druitt and James/John Druitt
Summary: Helen and James- and the changing times.
Rating: PG-13
Length: Short (1,426 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: This was written for the older_not_dead promptathon 18 prompt "history class."  Also, it's been quite a while since I saw Sanctuary last, and there are parts of the final season I never saw, so bear that in mind.  This is set pre-series, but my timeline could be wonky.
Excerpt: Helen enjoyed having dinner with James, of course she did, but when it came to his tastes- in food, in wine, in nearly everything- it was as though no time had passed at all. When he dressed for dinner, it might as well have been 1888 again. Helen didn’t mind dressing for dinner- she enjoyed looking good as much as anyone- but she favored modern styles. She hated to look in the mirror and forget how much time had passed.

potentiality_26: (once upon a time)
Title: Full Circle
Fandom: Once Upon a Time
Pairing/Characters: Belle/Rumplestiltskin, OFC; mentions of Jefferson
Summary: Belle and Rumplestiltskin end up more or less back where they started.
Rating: PG
Length: Short (1,456 words)
Disclaimer: These lovely characters do not belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: This was written for the older_not_dead promptathon 18 prompt "when you get to live forever."I really have no idea where things are going on OUAT lately, so I was a little at sea imagining a "Future Fic" scenario. Many thanks to [livejournal.com profile] a_phoenixdragon for giving me some great ideas and generally holding my hand. As for the actual contents, I'm not sure how valid or possible this scenario is. I just want them to be happy, you know?
Excerpt: Rumplestiltskin eyed her. “I have little desire to take on another princess for a maid.”

“I didn’t think it went so terribly for you the last time,” Belle replied.

potentiality_26: (agents of shield)
Title: Happy Anniversary
Fandom: Agents of SHIELD/The Avengers (Marvel Cinematic Universe)
Pairing/Characters: Clint Barton/Phil Coulson; mentions of Bruce Banner, FitzSimmons and Nick Fury
Summary: Director Coulson tends not to make it to dinner, so Clint brings dinner to him.
Rating: PG
Length: Short (1,157 words)
Disclaimer: These lovely characters are not mine!
Notes/Warnings: This was written for the older_not_dead promptathon 17 prompt "anniversary dinner"
Excerpt: Clint rolled his eyes and put the bag in the machine by the front desk. The machine was way cooler than a metal detector. It was Asgard tech, specifically designed to identify weapons. Forks only got past it some of the time, which puzzled Clint. When it did detect something, the machine started screeching like it was Ragnarok, and since that would pretty much ruin Clint’s evening he had decided to forgo utensils altogether this time around.

Title: First Impressions
Fandom: Longmire/The Walt Longmire Mysteries
Pairing/Characters: Cady Longmire, Henry Standing Bear/Walt Longmire
Summary: Walt has had worse meals than this one. He just can't think of them right now, for a variety of reasons.
Rating: PG-13
Length: Medium (5,063 words)
Disclaimer: No one you recognize belongs to me.
Notes/Warnings: This was written for the [livejournal.com profile] older_not_dead promptathon 17 prompt "the bad food was the best part of the evening"
Excerpt: Henry looked like he’d be slipping bites to the dog, if the Pipers had had a dog. Being Henry, he was probably even smooth enough to get away with it.
