questionoftheday asks: How prepared would you say you are for a disaster? Say that the zombie apocalypse happened, what is your likelihood of surviving?

My answer:  I live in a rural area, which means that I'd probably hear about whatever was happening before it got to me, so I'd make it through the first wave, but... I don't know about after that. I'm fussy and wimpy, so I wouldn't do well growing my own food or building fortifications or fighting the zombies or anything like that. I'd have to find people to take care of me. If they did I could be a teacher or a bard if we got a medieval post-apocalypse instead of a western-type one.
