Another couple you shipped a long time ago:

I'll go with my first major slash pairing here, since my first ship was Illyria/Wes.  For a while, I was a little scared of slash, in that I'd read it if it concerned a character I liked (i.e. Wesley) and was PG or lower because how could it hurt me?  But eventually I did start reading higher ratings.  My first slash smut was for Air Force One, but that basically has no fandom beyond said fic and maybe one other, so I don't think it counts.  The first pairing I went looking for fic for, had to read all the fic for, yeah sure absolutely website I am 100% over 18 bring it on, was Jeeves/Wooster.  I still have loads of fond memories of that fandom.

Apropos of nothing, I totally later read an Angel crossover/fusion with Jeeves and Wooster where Wes was Angel's valet.  I should track that down sometime.  It was really good.

Your first ship ever:

Probably Illyria/Wes.  I certainly liked ships before then, but I didn't really know what shipping was.  I discovered fanfic and fanvids and all the stuff that now makes fandom fandom to me around the time I was watching the end of S5, hence Illyria/Wes.  I love Fred/Wes too, of course, but something about Illyria, and the side of Wes she brought out, was endlessly fascinating to me.  There's even some ancient fanfic I wrote on the subject.  I'm thinking about fixing said fics up and posting them here or on AO3 someday, since I really only left fanfiction.net to hide from all those Harry Potter fics I never finished since I'm a better writer than I was back then but they aren't half bad.

First TV show obsession

Angel, all the way.  I never really watched it from beginning to end, and to this day I'm not sure I've watched every single episode, but I basically discovered fandom as I know it today through Angel, and there were probably days when Wesley Wyndam Price was at least 85% of what I thought about on a given day.  My MO for a long time was loving a character rather than a ship, and happily pairing that character with anyone.  Wes- and later Daniel Jackson, though that's a whole 'nother kettle of fish- was one such character, and Angel was a great fandom for variety.  If Wes had met a character- and sometimes also if he hadn't- you could find fic pairing him with that person.  I had a lot of fun.
