Title: Quiet
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Michelle Unwin + Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart, Daisy Unwin
Summary: Michelle still isn't quite sure what to make of Harry.
Rating: PG
Length: Short (1,381 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: References to past abuse.  This fills the "accidents" square for my H/C bingo. I wasn't really planning to write this, but the prompt inspired me and it did fill in some blanks, so here it is. Part of my Heart and Understanding series.  The next installment will be more Harry/Eggsy-centric (probably). Not Brit-picked.
Excerpt: Even giving him the benefit of the doubt, Michelle didn't always know how she felt about Harry- this young man who she could have sworn was older, this she-didn’t-even-know-what who had turned her son’s life upside down in- it seemed- all the best possible ways. Looking at him in his perfectly tailored suit, and listening to his unfailingly crisp annunciation, Michelle would never have expected someone like Harry to be as good for Eggsy as he was without there being some kind of catch. But, like with the windfalls that had brought her this new house and this new life, Michelle was starting- slowly- to believe that maybe there was no catch.

Title: The Wind In the Dark
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart, Merlin, Amelia, Original Characters
Summary: Sequel to Enough To Live On, or five ways having an undead Arthur comes in handy (and one way Harry is really a lot of trouble).
Rating: NC-17
Length: Medium (6,145 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: This fills the "haunted" square for my H/C bingo, because the first thing that prompt made me want to write was a sequel to Enough to Live On. I’m not sure whether or not the Canonical Character Death tag is still applicable, but this is a sequel so it’s canonical to the series. Now, I call this a series, but I decided not to create one here because I’m not planning any other installments (though I may change my mind about that in the future). Since I remember some people not being too into the sex scene last time, fair warning: I open one in media res in this story. The title comes from "Enough To Go By" by Vienna Teng just like the previous story.  Not Brit-picked.
Excerpt: “I miss being invisible,” Harry told Eggsy.

“No you don’t,” Eggsy returned immediately.

“I definitely do.” At the very least, Harry missed being unable to go far from Eggsy’s side. It had been frustrating- even painful- at the time, but it was much worse being so far from him now. Eggsy’s voice through the glasses was no substitute for Eggsy himself. “If I still was, you’d have to be here talking to these idiots with me.”

Title: Out of the Cold
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart, Merlin
Summary: A mission gone wrong.
Rating: PG-13
Length: Short (2,744 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: Yep, I wrote trudging through snow angst in the middle of summer. The title is from "Keep Me Warm" by The Little Estate feat. Erin Bowman, which I found by googling word combinations- but it's actually a very nice song to listen to while looking at gingerbread recipes and pining for winter like I've been doing. This fills my H/C bingo "near death experiences" square.  Not Brit-picked.
Excerpt: “I know you don’t want to start talking like this,” Harry said. “But we have to think practically. I’m slowing you down.” The snow was thick and Eggsy would have been having trouble walking through it even without Harry draped over his shoulders. And at his age- and Harry so hated thoughts that began with ‘at his age’, but again practicality had to win out- Harry just couldn’t handle the cold or the exertion as well as he once did, and that was without the twisted ankle and cracked ribs.

Title: None But You
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart, Michelle Unwin, Daisy Unwin, Original Characters
Summary: Sequel to No Charm Equal, in which there are overdue conversations and unexpected revelations.
Rating: PG-13
Length: 4,106 words
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: A “No Charm Equal” follow up where Harry meets Michelle was always in popular demand (and I feel like this isn't the version of it that anyone was hoping for, sorry), but what really prompted this fic was a reader who asked for that and also Eggsy getting jealous when someone flirted with Harry. It made me decide that there were a couple of things I still needed to address, so hopefully the angst here won’t feel like drama for drama’s sake (and of course there’s a happy ending). The title is from Persuasion- "I have loved none but you." The context there isn't the best fit, but I wanted to keep to the Austen theme. This also fills my H/C bingo "hugs" square.
Excerpt: Harry and Eggsy had ultimately decided that Eggsy should tell his mother that he and Harry had only recently made things official between them, which despite their long acquaintance was technically the truth. It wasn't a truth that made Harry look very good, but he knew he deserved that. After all, it was his own fault that nothing had happened between them earlier. Eggsy wouldn’t soon let Harry live down how long it had taken him to see that Eggsy was in love with him, and Merlin and the rest of Harry’s fellow cupids wouldn’t soon let him live down how long it had taken him to see that he was in love with Eggsy.

Title: In Time
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Harry Hart + Merlin, Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart, Roxy Morton, Original Characters
Summary: Just a few of the so-many-more-than-five times Merlin told Harry he was late (and one time Harry actually wasn’t).
Rating: PG-13
Length: Medium (6,188 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: As I was working on this I kept getting weirdly sure that it had been done before. I’m not sure if that’s true or not, but if it has been I haven’t read the fic, so hopefully I’m bringing something new to the table. Also, I feel like I should mention that though this is from Merlin’s POV it’s really a story about Harry in a lot of respects. If that’s going to bother you, maybe steer clear? Finally, I think this is going to fill my H/C bingo "wild card" square (survivor's guilt). As such, even though nobody dies on screen, the fallout of characters dying (Lee, James, an OC) is pretty central to the story.  Not Brit-picked.
Excerpt: “You’re late, Galahad.”

“Fashionably,” Galahad said as he took a glass of champagne from a passing waiter. Given how aggravating he found almost everything about Galahad, Merlin still didn’t know why Morgana had asked him to do this. Or, rather, he knew exactly why- Morgana probably thought this was the beginning of a beautiful friendship- but that didn’t mean she was right.

Title: A Pocket Full of Soul
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart + Daisy
Summary: Eggsy has something to ask Harry.
Rating: G
Length: Very short (584 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: The Kingsman sequel will be out a year from yesterday, so I thought I'd post a little something in honor of that. I'm not really sure how much of a time skip from the end of the movie is required for Eggsy's sister to be this articulate, so I'm leaving that as open as possible. The title comes from "Mirrors" by Justin Timberlake.  Not Brit-picked.
Excerpt: Eggsy scowled at his reflection, finding fault with everything about it. He was wearing his best suit, sure- but his hair was askew, his cheeks were flushed, and no matter what he tried he couldn’t get it to sound quite… right.

Title: The Courtship of Harry Hart
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart, Roxy Morton, Michelle Unwin
Summary: Eggsy decides to woo Harry- which turns out to be more complicated than it seems.
Rating: NC-17
Length: Medium (8,608 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: Titles are officially the bane of my existence, I'm telling you.  Not Brit-picked.
Excerpt: “If I liked somebody back in the day,” Eggsy explained, “I’d know exactly what to do about it. But everything’s different here and I… well, I gotta make sure H- well, the person that I like- knows how serious I am about this. Everything’s gotta be perfect, you know?”

Roxy blinked at him. “Eggsy,” she said slowly. “Is this about Harry?”

Eggsy felt himself flushing. He knew he had to be prepared for this reaction from people. He knew what he was like and what Harry was like and that everyone was going to think it was some kind of joke, Eggsy actually thinking he had a shot with Harry. And it wasn’t like Eggsy didn’t also know that there was a good chance of Harry turning him down flat- but he was hoping that if he did everything right Harry would at least let him try.

Title: Today and Every Day
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart, Roxy Morton
Summary: Eggsy is planning to ask Harry to marry him. The question is- how?
Rating: R
Length: Medium (5,139 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: The title is from "Marry Me" by Train and is the result of me really scraping the bottom of the title barrel. When I looked up the lyrics there was some confusion as to whether the line was "every day" or "everyday" but the former is the one that makes the most sense to me, so it's what I'm going with. There's a reference to Eggsy and his mother's past with Dean here which is vague enough that I don't think it warrants a "past abuse" tag, but if you prefer not to think about any of that, know that it's there. Not Brit-picked.
Excerpt: All of the proposal ideas that Eggsy had had since his conversation with Roxy- ranging from just asking over dinner in a quiet booth at Harry’s favorite restaurant to sky writing- all seemed like either too little or too much, sometimes both at the same time.

Title: Wind to Fire
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart, Michelle Unwin, Merlin, Roxy Morton, Original Characters
Summary: The year after V-Day.
Rating: NC-17
Length: Long (18,177 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: The title comes from the quote “Absence is to love as wind is to fire; it extinguishes the small and kindles the great" by Roger de Bussy-Rabutin, which I know has been done before if not in this fandom, but it just fit so well here.  Not Brit-picked.
Excerpt: The week Eggsy became Galahad was characterized by a lot of kicking Dean’s arse until he finally got the message, moving his and his mum and sister’s stuff into Harry’s place and moving Harry’s things up to the attic, and trying to work out his place in Kingsman when the world wasn’t ending.

Eggsy spent a lot of that time thinking about the little things he’d say to Harry if he could.

Title: Love Potion No. 9
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart, Roxy Morton, Merlin, Original Characters
Summary: A lab accident has some unexpected side effects.
Rating: NC-17
Length: Medium (12,618 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: This is based on a branch of the sex pollen genre I've seen before in other fandoms and wanted to explore with Hartwin. Re: the title, in the movie “Love Potion #9”, No. 8 makes anyone who uses it irresistible while No. 9 is later used to reveal real love. I haven’t seen the movie, but it’s an excuse for my inability to come up with any other title for this story, since the more famous song is pretty unrelated. Finally, there’s a bit in here where Harry and Eggsy play five card draw as I was taught to play it. I don’t know if that’s the most realistic choice, but there you go. Not Brit-picked.
Excerpt: “Look, Harry, if you wanted to go after people for hitting on me today you’d get tired real fast because since then basically everybody has." Except you, Eggsy didn’t add, because that was the most wonderful, horrible, baffling part. Harry hadn’t.

Title: Interruptions
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart, Original Characters
Summary: Eggsy really hates Harry’s candidate for Tristan. He feels it’s justified.
Rating: PG-13
Length: Short (3,042 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: I got this idea quite a while ago, when I saw an imagine-your-OTP style prompt where character A gets stood up and character B pretends to have been their date (I haven’t been able to track down the actual post since then), and immediately after that also saw some speculation about how Eggsy would probably feel about Harry’s next candidate, but I only recently actually got it off the ground.  Not Brit-picked.
Excerpt: Just when Eggsy let himself think that he might get through this without being asked any awkward questions, Harry said- very casually- “Am I right in supposing that your being here instead of George means that you chose to come here directly instead of simply telling him that he’d forgotten he had plans with me? And you came here very directly at that- ten minutes, Eggsy?”

“It was good exercise.” Eggsy lifted his menu to hide his face- and his blush- from Harry. “And I thought about it, but nah. I ain’t giving George that kind of help, am I?”

Title: Written In the Stars
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart, Merlin
Summary: Eggsy becomes a knight. It doesn't simplify his relationship with his master as much as he hoped it might.
Rating: NC-17
Length: Medium (12,696 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: Yep, another Star Wars AU. I haven’t read any of the others yet, so hopefully I’m bringing something unique to the table here. It's mostly based on elletromil’s tags on this post. It also plays a little bit fast and loose with Star Wars canon itself; it's inspired by the metric fuckton (technical term) of Obi-Wan/Qui-Gon fanfic I read back in the day, which I feel like is a genre in and of itself with its own rules and tropes.  Not Brit-picked.
Excerpt: Harry blinked and said, “Eggsy,” with warmth but undeniable surprise.

Though he had anticipated exactly this reception, Eggsy barely managed to keep his face from falling. Harry never seemed anything but pleased by Eggsy’s visits, but the fact that he plainly expected to see less of Eggsy hurt. Eggsy suspected that Harry disapproved but was too kind to say so, and Harry would never have let good manners stop him from telling Eggsy where he was going wrong before; it was just one more sign that the ties that had bound them together for so long were unraveling.

Title: To Make a Beginning
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart + Tilde
Summary: Villains are thwarted, a princess rescues Eggsy more than the other way around, and Harry is a bit difficult- so probably a pretty average New Year's Eve, all things considered.
Rating: PG-13
Length: Short (2,414 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: Happy belated New Year everyone! This fills the bodyguards square for my H/C bingo. The title comes from T.S. Eliot apparently: “For last year’s words belong to last year’s language. And next year’s words await another voice. And to make an end is to make a beginning.” I found that searching New Year's quote compilations (as one does) and liked it. Not Brit-picked.
Excerpt: After he got her and all the other VIPs who had told Valentine that he could go to hell out of that bunker, Eggsy had kept in touch with Tilde. It had been relatively clear from the beginning, given what had already happened- and not happened- between them, that their future relations would never have been of the romantic variety, not even if Harry hadn’t turned out to be alive.

But Harry had turned out to be alive, and Tilde’s advice on that subject had always been to snap Harry up as soon as possible.

Pairing/Characters: Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart, Merlin
Summary: An interlude while in the field.
Rating: PG-13
Length: Short (1,734 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: This fills the scars square for my H/C bingo.  Not Brit-picked.
Excerpt: “Keep still,” Harry instructed quietly, his lips twitching with amusement.

“Sure,” Eggsy said, and smiled when Harry gripped his chin lightly and turned his head away so that Eggsy’s eyes- or rather Eggsy’s glasses- couldn’t take him in anymore. Harry bent and pressed a soft kiss to Eggsy's shoulder, right above the bandages he had just applied.

Title: The Brightest of Signs
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Harry Hart + Roxy Morton, Harry/Eggsy, Roxy/Merlin
Summary: Harry talks Roxy through a mission just before Christmas.
Rating: PG-13
Length: Medium (5,083 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: This fills the motion sickness square for my H/C bingo. The backstory I give Harry in this might not be to all tastes; it popped into my head the very first time I saw the movie and I’ve had a really had time letting it go. The title is from Harbor by Vienna Teng.  Not Brit-picked.
Excerpt: Harry could practically hear the wheels in Lancelot’s head turning as she put what he had just told her together with everything she already knew about him- very little that Eggsy hadn’t told her, most likely, since this was the longest conversation the two of them had yet had. And Eggsy might not have told her very much at all; Harry had noticed that Eggsy could be rather territorial of him, disinclined to share him with anyone- even his closest friend in the organization.

Title: Feels Like Home
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart
Summary: Harry learns to like holding Eggsy- perhaps too much.
Rating: PG-13
Length: Medium (6,328 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: This fills the "hugs" square for my H/C bingo. This was meant to be a 5 + 1 but I'm not really sure what it is now.  Thanks to klaudos for the beta. Not Brit-picked.
Excerpt: Harry had seen Merlin’s footage from when the dormitory flooded- he knew that Eggsy was all lean muscle, so he was surprised by how soft Eggsy went in his arms. He’s so young, Harry thought, an unexpected surge of protectiveness going through him. He tightened his grip on Eggsy without meaning to. Despite Eggsy’s immediate protest when Harry had offered him a way out, Harry wondered, briefly, if he might not have been a poor choice for Lancelot after all.

There was nothing for it, of course. Harry hadn’t lied when he told Eggsy that he saw great potential in him, and Eggsy would succeed or he wouldn’t. All Harry could do now was wait and see.

Title: Enough To Live On
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart, Merlin, Roxy Morton, Original Characters
Summary: Harry comes back a week after V-Day. He isn't strictly alive, but that means less than he would have expected it to.
Rating: NC-17
Length: Long (19,187 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: Title from "Enough To Go By" by Vienna Teng, mainly because it kept running through my head while I was writing this. Thanks to klaudos for the beta. Not Brit-picked.
Excerpt: Harry stated the obvious, something he should have seen that morning but hadn’t: “You shopped.”

“I been here quite a bit,” Eggsy explained, shrugging one shoulder. “And anyway it seemed… better. Food in the fridge, nothing gathering dust. Made it more like you’d be back any day now.” Eggsy swiped his knife over the bread with a little more aggression than was strictly necessary, but his voice was very even. “You said you’d come back and sort things. But you didn’t.”

Title: The Lie
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart, Lancelot/Percival, Merlin/Roxy Morton, Charlie Hesketh, Hugo Higgins, Amelia
Summary: Eggsy works in a coffee shop, Harry is his favorite customer, Roxy matchmakes (with mixed success), and one lie makes everything far too complicated.
Rating: PG-13
Length: Long (15,373 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: Thanks to klaudos for the beta. Not Brit-picked.  A line from Cabin Pressure found its way in here, see if you can spot it.
Excerpt: Roxy’s matchmaking attempts were silly and possibly hazardous to Eggsy’s health, but he didn’t think he would be anywhere near as against the idea if he wasn’t already- how had he put it to Amelia?- head over heels for one Harry Hart, who came through the shop almost every day and seemed to survive solely on coffee, whatever pastry was the special that day, and the tears of people who would never look as good in a suit as he did- i.e. everybody else in the world.

Title: No Charm Equal
Fandom: Kingsman
Pairing/Characters: Eggsy Unwin/Harry Hart, Lancelot/Percival, Amelia/Roxy Morton, Gazelle/Richmond Valentine, Merlin, Daisy Unwin, Michelle Unwin, Chester King, Charlie Hesketh, Jamal
Summary: Harry is a cupid. His latest assignment is proving to be... complicated.
Rating: NC-17
Length: Very Long (29,095 words)
Disclaimer: None of these characters belong to me.
Notes/Warnings: Not Brit-picked.  Includes some references to domestic abuse and prostitution (the former is about the same as the movie itself, and the latter just a little bit more on the nose, and neither play a very big part in this story). The title comes from the quote, "There is no charm equal to the tenderness of the heart" from Jane Austen. Giant thank you to klaudos for beta-ing (and for the help with the title).
Excerpt: To say that Harry was too surprised to react at first would have been a grave understatement. He wasn’t literally invisible, because he did sometimes need to interact with mortals to do his job, he was just unnoticeable. People- the particular charge he had been assigned to most of all- were meant to see him and yet never actually process his presence. Unless he showed up in their houses- which a gentleman would never do, of course- they would ignore him and just get on with their lives. And yet here Eggsy was, closer than anyone had been to Harry since- well, since he was mortal, and that was long enough ago that Harry could hardly remember it- snarling, “Why are you following me?”
